The Cottage Grove, OR, STAR Chapter #339 in addition to sponsoring dealership, Cottage Grove Yamaha, is offering a “booth” area for vendor use during Bike Fest ’07 to be held at Cottage Grove Yamaha, 120 Palmer Ave., Cottage Grove, OR 97424.  The “booth” area consists of a place about 12 foot x 12 foot space for a fee of $35 (this is non-refundable fee, required by April 15, 2008).  If electricity is required, an additional fee of $10 applies (also non-refundable and due by April 15, 2008).  Agreeing to be a vendor at this event implies: set-up and clean-up of your booth area is your responsibility, garbage removal is provided; Cottage Grove, OR, STAR Chapter #339 and its sponsor, Cottage Grove Yamaha are not liable for any loss/damage/theft at this event to products and/or persons, it is encouraged that you provide additional help/relief as you feel fit.  It is suggested that you check coverage with your business’ insurance.  Additionally, all food vendors must abide by state and local food handling and safety requirements, and provide documentation as proof upon request.  Each person handling food for a vendor must have and possess on their person a current food handler’s card.  Event will be held rain or shine.   Proceeds of event fees go to Parent Partnership for Homeless Youth of Cottage Grove.
