Star 339 Mailing List
Our Mailing List is OPEN TO ALL that
want to know more about star339, it's events, meetings, etc... or just want to
share related information with others on the list. When you sign up your email
address is used only for this list and will in no way be made available for any
other purpose.
What is a mailing list:
A mailing list is simply a list of addresses to which the same information is
being sent. If you were a magazine publisher, you would have a list of the
mailing addresses of all the subscribers to the magazine. In the case of an
electronic mailing list, we use a list of email addresses, ONLY from people
interested in hearing about topics related to Star339 Touring and riding of
Cottage Grove Oregon. A mailing list allows a group of people to discuss topics
amongst themselves, with everyone able to send mail to the list and have it
distributed to everyone in the group. Using a mailing list allows those that
want to get emails related to Star339 to get them and those that don't WON'T...
To subscribe to the list,

Comcast User's,
Comcast blocks all ports outside the main stream limiting your internet access.
Mail server ports are part of those ports blocked. If you are a Comcast user,
you will not be able to receive mail from the mail server unless you signup with
a free online mail service such as hotmail and use it to signup for the mail
server.
